UNIQLO has shown me that retail is a dynamic industry, always adapting to the needs of customers. By constantly learning, I have developed my personal skills and contributed to the company. LifeWear philosophy is clearly expressed in each product, bringing value to everyone. The moment customers are satisfied after shopping makes me feel that my job is meaningful and choosing UNIQLO is the right choice.

In university, I found passion in leading teams, despite not having retail experience, UNIQLO’s LifeWear philosophy and UMC’s clear roadmap inspired me to join. Through UMC, I strengthened my people management and store operations skills, learning to build teams around individual strengths. With a leadership mindset focused on shared goals and real-world learning, I feel ready to take on the role of Store Manager.

From the first training session, I learned about “customer-first mindset” - the core philosophy that has helped UNIQLO grow to its current position. During my time here, I clearly saw that UNIQLO always trusts and develops each individual to become a future leader. My career path was clearly oriented from the beginning, thanks to direct discussions with C-level, which helped me shape my role and prepare for next steps.

I used to think retail was repetitive and limited, but UNIQLO proved the opposite with diverse. The reality at UNIQLO is completely different, dynamic work in fashion and retail industry and a clear growth path, opportunities to expand into many other departments outside of stores. From my very first trial shift, the welcoming atmosphere and energetic team made me feel I truly belonged.
