As a UMC, you will be guided to become a Store Manager, go through both On-the-job and Off-the-job training to master the fundamentals of store operations.

QWhat is the deadline for taking the Aptitude Test?
A
UNIQLO will use the Kenexa Assessment Test. Candidates need to finish the test
within 3 days after being sent. After this time, the test will expire.
QIs it compulsory to attend the UMC Information Sharing Session?
A
Yes, Attending UMC Sharing Session is compulsory for applying UMC position and is a part of Round 2. Candidates need to attend at least one of the Sharing Sessions to be eligible to proceed Round 3.
QWhat are the schedule for UMC Info Sharing Sessions?
A
There will be a total of 5 sharing sessions (Online & Offline) during the hiring process, candidates only need to attend at least one session. We will send invitations to those who pass Round 1. Please check your email regularly to not miss important information.
QWhat is the format for interview rounds?
A
The interview will take place Offline at UNIQLO office (Ho Chi Minh & Hanoi).
QDo I need to participate for all 5 days of the 5-day Store Experience Round?
A
Candidates need to participate in full 5-day Store Experience to undergo the working process as a UMC at store, going through both On-the-job and Off-the-job training. UNIQLO values ​​the skills and mindset you demonstrate in this round. UNIQLO will also provide an allowance for 5 working days.
QWhen will the final results and onboarding be announced?
